Gov. Paterson could alter city’s mega-projects

Now that Governor Eliot Spitzer has resigned, the real estate world is anxiously anticipating changes that could be made the city’s mega-projects under the new governorship of David Paterson. Major developments awaiting decision from the state include Hudson Yards, Moynihan Station and a possible Jacob Javits Convention Center expansion. REBNY president Steven Spinola said that he thinks a re-examination of the plans under a new governor would be good for the city.
