Sutton Square townhouse flips for $30M

A 23-room townhouse on Sutton Square with views of the East River has flipped for $30 million, a $7.5 million increase over its selling price in June 2007, according to city property records posted today.

The four-story residence at 8-12 Sutton Square sold on May 15 after going into contract on April 29.

Neither the buyer nor the seller was identified on the most recent deed. The seller in 2007 was Yue Sai Kan, a television producer and author who owns the neighboring 6 Sutton Place.
