59th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of apartment 2425B was “improved,” as the listing calls it, by $2.25 million,
and the duplex is now on the market for $8.25 million. This is the
fourth time the price has been lowered, and the apartment is now listed
for almost 45 percent below its original price of $14.95 million in
