The most expensive unit to come on the market this week in Manhattan, according to
Streeteasy.com, is a townhouse at 4-8 East 94th Street. The seven-floor
home is listed for $42 million with the Corcoran Group. The second most expensive home listed this week is apartment 44C, a four-bedroom,
six-bath condo at 1 Central Park West, on the market
for $18.45 million with the Trump Organization. And the third most expensive home listed
this week is a $16.95 million townhouse at 26 Downing
Street. The five-bedroom, five-bath apartment is listed with Prudential
Douglas Elliman.

The least expensive home to hit the market this week in Manhattan, according to Streeteasy.com, is a
one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 478 West 158th Street. Apartment 33 is
listed with Barak Realty for $137,500. The second cheapest apartment listed is apartment 24, a $175,000 co-op at 504
West 139th Street, which has one bedroom and one bath and is
listed with Weichert Realtors. And the third cheapest unit to come on the
market this week is studio 7A in the co-op building 579 West 215th
Street, listed with New Heights Realty for $199,900. TRD
