WTC won’t be finished until 2037, study says

The World Trade Center
won’t be fully rebuilt and occupied until 2037, according to a study by
Cushman & Wakefield. The study predicts that One World Trade
Center, previously called the Freedom Tower, won’t be filled with tenants until 2019,
and Tower 2 could be finished by 2014, but it could take 12 years until
the building is occupied with tenants. The study is based on projections and anticipated market
demand for office space at the 16-acre site.
