The second most expensive unit to come on the market
this week is a four-bedroom, four-bath townhouse at 21 East 84th
Street, listed with Bellmarc Realty for $19.9 million.

And the third
priciest unit listed this week is a two-bedroom, four-bath co-op unit
at 834 Fifth Avenue. Apartment 5B is listed with Brown Harris Stevens
for $18.5 million.

Meanwhile, the least expensive unit listed this week is a studio at
2440 Amsterdam Avenue, according to Streeteasy.com. Co-op unit 1L is
listed with BP Vance Real Estate for $169,000.

The second cheapest home
to come online is PH5 at 535 West 110th Street. The studio is listed
for $195,000 by Warburg Realty.

And the third cheapest unit is a
three-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 238 West 112th Street. Apartment 4R is
