Abandoned projects could become affordable housing

CBS looks at several Brooklyn projects that have been abandoned because developers can no longer afford to complete them. Several of these project sites are now covered with debris, and neighbors have complained that the unfinished sites make it look like the area doesn’t have enough money to finish their buildings. City Council member James Sanders from Laurelton said the unfinished projects present an opportunity to create more affordable housing.
