The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom,
five-bath co-op at 133 East 64th Street, between Park and Lexington
avenues, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of apartment 8A, which
has a wood-burning fireplace, was lowered by $1.25 million, and the
home is now on the market for $7.95 million, 14 percent less than its
asking price of $9.2 million when it first went on the market in May.
