The home to see the biggest price cut today is a 3,850-square-foot
co-op at 236 West 26th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price
of the three-bedroom, three-bath home, apartment 2E, was cut by
$500,000, and the prewar unit is now on the market for almost $3
million. The home is listed for 20 percent less than its asking price
of $3.75 million when it first hit the market in April. Halstead
