SL Green sees Manhattan office market bottom in 2010

Realty, the city’s largest commercial landlord, said yesterday it had
an occupancy rate of 96.2 percent for the second quarter. CEO Marc
Holliday said he thinks the Manhattan office market could bottom out in
2010. SL Green’s occupancy rate will likely fall to 95 percent by the end of this year and to 94 percent in 2010, Holliday said. The company’s shares ended up 3.2 percent yesterday.
