Broadway dance star nabs Lion’s Head home

A noted choreographer, known for his work with big-budget Broadway shows like “The Addams Family,” “Memphis,” “Jersey Boys” and “Next to Normal,” has just nabbed a $2.45 million Chelsea condominium unit, according to the New York Observer. Sergio Trujillo, nicknamed “the ubiquitous choreographer” by Playbill, beat out a group of other buyers for the 1,826-square-foot condo in the Lion’s Head condominium at 121 West 19th Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues. Trujillo paid $10,000 over the asking price, according to listing agent Brian Meier of Prudential Douglas Elliman. [NYO]
