Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a 15-room co-op unit at 834 Fifth Avenue, asking $27.5 million. The duplex unit has views of Central Park and is listed with Ann Jeffrey and Mary Rutherfurd of Brown Harris Stevens.

The second priciest listing to come online this week is a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom co-op in a pre-war building at 775 Park Avenue, asking $23 million. The Upper East Side pad is listed with John Burger and Mary Fitzgibbons, also of BHS.

The third priciest listing is located just steps away from the second most expensive listing of the week. The 11-room, duplex co-op unit at 770 Park Avenue is listed with Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s International Realty for $18 million.

The least expensive Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 3692 Broadway in Hamilton Heights that’s listed with Tasha Trice of A.C. Lawrence for $115,000.

The second is a Lenox Hill, one-bedroom unit at 321 East 71st Street. It’s listed with Gary Pauyo at Prudential Douglas Elliman for $175,000.

The third least expensive listing to come online this week is a studio at 457 West 57th Street in Clinton. The unit, in a doorman building, has a fully renovated kitchen and is listed with James Morgan and Brandon Cohen of the Corcoran Group for $239,000. — Katherine Clarke
