Plans revealed for City Point at Fulton Street Mall

The plans for phase 2 of City Point, a mixed-use retail development along the Fulton Street mall in Downtown Brooklyn were revealed today, the Architect’s Newspaper reported. Phase two consists of two residential towers, one 19 and one 30 stories tall, with a combined 650 units. The bottom will hold 500,000 square feet of retail.

“We’ve created a series of Recesses On The Street wall where we could incorporate green spaces,” said Rick Cook, a partner with Cook+Fox, which is designing the project, where he said they hope to bring in “Brooklyn-centric retailers.” [Arch Paper]
