The tony Upper West Side building the Beresford has a rare offering — a unit set to hit the foreclosure block, Curbed reported.

The stately co-op — also noted for its recent hot dog kerfuffle — has been home to  such bold-faced names such as Jerry Seinfeld, Glenn Close, and just-ousted Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit, Curbed noted. The building sits at 81st Street and Central Park West.
