Filmmaker Ethan Coen lists Greenwich Village co-op for $2.34M

Ethan Coen, one half of the Oscar-winning Coen brothers filmmaking duo, has listed his Greenwich Village co-op for $2.34 million, the New York Post reported. Stefania Cardinali, a senior vice president at Citi Habitats, has the exclusive listing.

The 1,800-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at 30 East 10th Street, located between Broadway and Fifth Avenue, sports 13-foot ceilings, a mezzanine loft, custom-made bookshelves and a laundry room that once functioned as a darkroom. The 12-story building has a roof deck and an elevator, and allows pets.
