Comedian Eddie Murphy seems to be on a property selling streak. The star has listed an eight-bedroom, five-bathroom carriage house in Englewood, N.J. — a property that’s adjacent to the mansion he recently sold for $10.5 million, New York Post reported.

Murphy used the carriage house, which has a $2.5 million price tag, for guests. It sits on a 1.5-acre plot and has a tennis court, the Post said.

Dennis McCormack of Sotheby’s Prominent Properties has the listing, StreetEasy shows.

The home has a 500-foot driveway and has never been on the market, according to the listing.

Murphy sold the mansion next door to music power couple Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, as previously reported. [NYP, 3rd item]Zachary Kussin
