NYCHA plumber pulled in $140K in OT pay last year

For the second year in a row, a plumber who works for the New York City Housing Authority has topped the list of city employees receiving overtime pay.

William Naddeo earned $140,654 from after-hours work in the fiscal year that ended June 30, on top of a $90,000 annual salary, according to data compiled by the New York Post. The top 10 highest overtime earners rake in more than $100,000 in extra pay. The list features three other plumbers, as well as two steamfitters and an electrician.

Department of Buildings inspector John Murphy has a salary of $68,500, but made $127,011 in overtime for the year. Board of Elections senior computer programmer Pablo Martinez has made the list for more than 10 years now. He received $130,000 in OT, a drop from $210,663 the previous year, the newspaper said.
