An apartment at the Related Companies’ One Madison that once belonged to Warren Buffett’s son has hit the market asking $5.95 million.

The investment guru’s son Peter Buffett, who is a musician, had sold the three-bedroom apartment for $4.25 million in spring 2012, Curbed reported, just after Related and co-developer HFZ Capital Group announced that the stalled project (formerly One Madison Park) was being resurrected. But at the time, Buffett didn’t have much competition, as the new listings only hit the market this September.
