Priciest, cheapest listings to hit the Manhattan market this week

The Corcoran Group’s America Gonzalez had the priciest single-family listing to hit the Manhattan market this week with a $14.9 million condominium at One Beacon Court at 151 East 58th Street in Midtown East. This three-bedroom, 2,410-square-foot unit features Central Park, skyline and river views, a Creston system controlling electronic shades in every window, a large windowed eat-in kitchen and a master bath with marble floors and countertops. The apartment has built-in closets throughout and hardwood floors.

The week’s second-priciest listing of the week is a $14.85 million condo at 155 Franklin Street in Tribeca. The seven-bedroom, 5,869-square-foot duplex penthouse home boasts a wraparound terrace with 12-foot beamed ceilings, wide-plank floors, exposed brick, two fireplaces, oversized windows and a laundry room. Corcoran has this listing as well, in the hands of Lara Nangle.

Third on the pricey end this week is an $11.65 million condo at 40 Mercer Street in Soho. The three-bedroom, 2,706-square-foot pad on the 14th floor includes views of One World Trade Center, the Hudson River and the Empire State Building. Also on offer are 17-foot retractable windows, a private landing with an elevator that opens directly into the apartment and a built-in Sonos sound system. The home has 11-foot ceilings throughout, and building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, concierge, underground parking and a pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The week’s cheapest listing to hit the Manhattan market this week is a $275,000 studio co-op at 167 West 71st Street in Lincoln Square. The 325-square-foot unit is a fixer-upper in need of “plenty of TLC,” according to the listing, and is located on a tree-lined brownstone block near public transit. Building amenities include an elevator and a live-in super.

Next up on the inexpensive end is a $289,000 studio co-op at 533 East 84th Street in Yorkville. Listed by Rich Associates’ Denice Rich, the prewar unit includes a windowed kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, 10-foot ceilings and a custom-fitted closet. Building amenities include a live-in super, storage and laundry in building. The home can be purchased as a pied-à-terre.

The third least expensive listing of the week is a $305,000 studio co-op at 235 West 102nd Street on the Upper West Side. The prewar home, available for purchase as a pied-à-terre, boasts a renovated kitchen with white cabinets, full-size appliances, hardwood floors and beamed ceilings.
