Argo Real Estate, a Flatiron-based developer, has leased all 59 units in its first luxury residential venture into New Jersey, the developer told The Real Deal exclusively.  The property hit the market only four months ago.

The Artisan, a luxury tower at 1400 Clinton Street and 1411 Grand Street in northwest Hoboken, is under construction by Argo in a partnership with Alpine Development. Half the units at the 102,000-square-foot complex were already leased by mid-November, a month after sales began.

The Marketing Directors handled marketing and leasing for the building, which features live-and-work apartments, a fitness center, a business bar as well as an art gallery that fills up the two base floors. The developers asked $2,500 for one-bedrooms, $3,300 for two-bedrooms and $4,700 for three-bedrooms.
