Google is getting closer to signing a lease with Related Companies for 360,000 square feet at 85 10th Avenue in Chelsea.

The deal is “imminent,” the New York Post reported, citing an unnamed source. Multiple online databases already listed the California-based tech titan as a tenant of the 540,000-square-foot former Nabisco factory between 15th and 16th streets.

Google was in talks for the space in October, as previously reported.

Last year, Google had been trying to expand at its New York headquarters at nearby 111 Eighth Avenue, and unsuccessfully tried to nudge out fellow tenants, including Nike. [NYP]Mark Maurer
