Aaron Comess, drummer for the 1990s alternative rock band the Spin Doctors, has listed his East Village duplex at the Rose Condominium for nearly $4 million.

The 2,796-square-foot apartment at 124 East 13th Street between Third and Fourth avenues features two bedrooms, the New York Post reported. It also has a first-floor recording studio, 12-foot-high ceilings and a 300-square-foot terrace with an outdoor shower. The studio section of the unit is zoned for commercial use and can be converted.
