Former Citigroup chairman Sandy Weill, who listed the maid’s quarters at his former 15 Central Park West home last month, has now put his six-acre estate in Greenwich, Conn., on the market for $14 million.

The 16,460-square-foot, six-bedroom house is located on Round Hill Road. It features a patio, several balconies, spa room, home theater and a walk-in wine cellar. Elsewhere on the site, there is a four-car garage and a 1,300-square-foot caretaker’s cottage with its own two-car garage.

Weill and his wife bought the estate in 1980, then handed it off in 2004 to their son Marc, who had a mansion built on the grounds, the Wall Street Journal reported. Sotheby’s International Realty broker Lyn Stevens has the listing.

In 2011, Weill sold his 15 Central Park West penthouse at its asking price: $88 million, as previously reported. [WSJ]Mark Maurer
