The four-unit Greenwich Village building reenters the market with a four-bedroom, four-bathroom triplex penthouse priced at $30 million. The penthouse features close to 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space, highlighted by a private terrace. A 4,326-square-foot duplex with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms is also listed for $12 million.

The relaunch comes after a series of setbacks for 61 Fifth Avenue, including a stop-work order issued as a result of a construction accident in 2011. The building was pulled off the market in January after a lengthy period of inactivity following its initial July 2013 launch. [Curbed] — Kerry Barger
