Clothier Vince has inked a two-floor lease at 500 Fifth Avenue, bringing the 59-story office tower to 96 percent occupancy.

The apparel maker and retailer will hold a 33,000-square-foot spread on the building’s 19th and 20th floors, and has signed on for 10 years, the Wall Street Journal reported. Building owner  L&B Realty Advisors shuffled existing tenants to make way for Vince, Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair, who along with Sean Kearns is an exclusive leasing agent for the building, told the Journal.
