Sportscaster's space boasts 1,500-square-foot terrace, along with automatic lighting and music

Marv Albert, longtime sportscaster and former voice of the New York Knicks, has listed his Lincoln Square duplex penthouse for $16.5 million.

The 3,553-square foot pad at 150 Columbus Avenue and West 67th Street, also known as One Lincoln Square, boasts a 1,500-square-foot terrace, along with automatic lighting, music and shades in the apartment’s interior. There is also a television in the bathroom mirror, according to Curbed.

A larger, newer unit in the building went into contract for $16 million last month, following a 45 percent price chop from the original $16.5 million ask when the property hit the market in January. Eagles singer Timothy Schmit also snagged a pad in the building last year, throwing down $3.2 million for a two-bedroom unit in September. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
