The broker change at 230 East 63rd Street, jumping from Warburg’s Richard Steinberg to Nest Seekers’ Jenna Amicucci and Ryan Serhant, comes as the last two units hit the market this week. The four other apartments, including a penthouse apartment that went into contract earlier this year for $4 million following a bidding war that included an outfielder for the New York Yankees, have already sold.

The two remaining units include a $3.15 million duplex maisonette totaling 2,343 square feet and a two-bedroom on the third floor totaling 1,734 square feet and asking $3.31 million, according to a release from Nest Seekers. — Julie Strickland
