Walker Tower, with its wealth of amenities like terraces and wood-burning fireplaces, is now offering up a penthouse pad with an unusual complement: an additional one-bedroom, two-bath apartment on the building’s ninth floor.

The secondary unit at 212 West 18th Street, no. 9F, was originally set aside by the developers for “business use” and is not being offered on its own, Curbed reported. Instead, Penthouse Two comes along with the secondary pad for a cost of $51.5 million. Or, the buyer can grab the penthouse solo for a mere $47.5 million.

A similar deal was offered in 15 Central Park West, Walker Tower’s exclusive broker Vickey Barron, who snagged her own pad in the building earlier this week, told Curbed. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
