Renderings are now available for a new development at 263 North 9th Street in Williamsburg.

Fortis Property Group took over the project after developer Menachem Stark – whose name is still on the official documents – was abducted and killed in January. Perkins Eastman is the architect.

New filings with the Department of Buildings were approved last month, which reveal that the building will measure 257,925 square feet. This is slightly more than previous permits indicated. The building will also feature a 369-square-feet community facility.

The facade of the building will mostly be grey brick. The building will be five stories and 60 feet tall, which means it will blend into its surroundings. The development is scheduled to be finished by 2015. [NY Yimby] – Claire Moses
