The first set of units at Madison Equities and Property Markets Group’s condominium project at 10 Sullivan Street has hit the market.

Just over a year since it was announced that the triangular Cary Tamarkin-designed tower would replace a car wash, six units are now available. The units ranging from a 1,210-square-foot two-bedroom, which is asking $2.965 million, to a 5,256-square-foot five-bedroom duplex, which is asking $25 million, or $4,756 per square foot, according to Curbed.

The five-bedroom unit sits directly below the triplex penthouse, which comes complete with an indoor pool, and will eventually be listed for $45 million.
