Brazilian beer magnate Marcel Telles has bought his way into the exclusive 15 Central Park West to the tune of $30 million.

Telles, a controlling shareholder in Budweiser-maker Anheuser-Busch InBev, purchased a three-bedroom condo on the tony building’s 33rd floor. The seller is Tyler Ellis, daughter of designer Perry Ellis, who paid $11 million for the 3,105-square-foot residence in 2008. The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows and 11-foot ceilings.

Appraiser Jonathan Miller told the Daily News that the apartment is one of a few in New York that has sold for nearly $10,000 per square foot.

The deal was brokered by Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens, who also handled the $48 million sale of a four-bedroom penthouse at 15 Central Park West earlier this year. [NYDN] — Tom DiChristopher
