Huys at 404 Park Avenue South

Huys, a new condo development at 404 Park Avenue South, is a collaboration between the Dutch developer Kroonenberg Groep, the Dutch designer Piet Boon and the Dutch landscape architect Piet Oudolf. The project touts itself as being at “the vanguard of a Dutch renaissance in New York City” (formerly New Amsterdam), and common areas feature works by Dutch artists. Of the 58 apartments, 50 were in contract at press time. The available penthouses are 2,426 and 2,983 square feet, with respective price tags of $6.75 million and $9.85 million; both feature private loggias and gas fireplaces. Building amenities include a doorman, a gym, cold storage and a children’s playroom. Contact www.huys-nyc.com or 212-725-0404.
