The sprinkles haven’t even been mopped up yet, but potential tenants and retail brokers are already eyeing the soon-vacant Crumbs Bakeshop locations in the city after it announced on Tuesday it will close all its 48 stores.

One such potential tenant is chocolatier Max Brenner.

“Max Brenner is interested in a number of Crumbs locations within its current markets of Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New York City and Boston,” Max Brenner International CEO told the Commercial Observer.”We are specifically looking at location sized that fit our pure chocolate bar concept.”
