Investor Fernando Chico Pardo, a former long-time lieutenant of Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, is in contract to sell two condominium units at the tony 15 Central Park West for a combined $29 million.

Both apartments are on the ninth floor, and are listed with Brown Harris Stevens broker Kyle Blackmon. Pardo, affiliated with Naps Holding Inc. and Napo Properties as listed on the deed, acquired the units for $12.4 million in 2010 and $9.3 million in 2011, the New York Observer reported.

The units can be combined into a five-bedroom, 4,077-square-foot pad with more than 3,000 square feet of Private Terrace space. That would make the terrace the largest in the building, according to the Observer.

A duplex condominium sold there in May for $48 million, as previously reported. [NYO]Mark Maurer
