A performance artist widely known for camping out at the Museum of Modern Art for three months straight is apparently not so keen on staying put when it comes to her own personal living quarters.

Marina Abramovic has sold her apartment at the Urban Glass House at 330 Spring Street for nearly $3 million, just one year after purchasing the pad for $2.65 million, the New York Daily News reported. She sold her Soho townhouse at 54 King Street for more than $3 million when she made the move. Prior to that, she listed a Soho loft at 70 Grand Street that she owned for a decade for $3.5 million.
