Jeweler to take 23,500 square feet at 717 Fifth Avenue

Harry Winston Inc. is moving into office space across the street from its iconic Fifth Avenue location.

The jeweler signed a lease for a 23,500-square-foot space at 717 Fifth Avenue. Harry Winston will occupy the ninth floor of the building, which includes a terrace that overlooks Central Park. The building is owned by Equity Office.
