Rockrose brings live music series to LINC LIC

To promote LINC LIC — a 709-unit, 42-story rental tower in Long Island City — its developer, Rockrose, has launched a pop-up park/event space called the Lot.

The eight-week series kicked off earlier this month, with weekend events, public art and food, Rockrose President Justin Elghanayan told The Real Deal.

Food is provided by Michelin-rated, Long island City-based M. Wells and an eclectic mix of independent films and live music are shown/

As TRD previously reported, the building is now fully leased. Studios in the tower start at $1,900 a month, while a penthouse studio goes for $2,600. One-bedrooms in the building range from $2,800 to $3,300, and a three-bedroom was recently leased for $6,500 a month. – Christopher Cameron
