SL Green has decided to extend the height of its 1.6 million-square-foot office tower project One Vanderbilt  — to 1,514 feet from 1,450 feet.

One Vanderbilt and Extell Development’s Nordstrom Tower at 217 West 57th Street – at 1,775 feet — are both slated to surpass the height of CIM Group’s 1,379-foot-tall project 432 Park. One Vanderbilt, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, is expected to be complete by early 2020.
