An undisclosed owner sold a seven-bedroom Park Slope townhouse for a record $10.8 million, making it the third-priciest sale ever in Brooklyn.

The 1890s-era mansion at 45 Montgomery Place, Between Eighth Avenue and Prospect Park West, broke the record in Park Slope for the most expensive home ever, Curbed reported. The property sat on the market for a little more than a year.
