A Karl Fischer-designed, four-building residential project is being planned for south Crown Heights, according to permits filed with the city today.

The project is being developed by Isaac Hager’s North True Construction and is also associated with Cornell Realty, New York YIMBY reported. The site is located south of Eastern Parkway at 902 Franklin Avenue, in an area of Crown Heights that hasn’t seen as much action as the trendier northern area of the neighborhood.

Each of the four structures will rise seven stories, with a total of 168,000 square feet between them. Each floor will house between five and ten apartments, and 120 parking spaces are planned for the below-ground levels.

The site is currently occupied by a one-story industrial building. Demolition permits have not yet been filed. [NY YIMBY]Tess Hofmann
