A co-op building at 1025 Park Avenue that Aby Rosen once attempted to convert to a personal mega-mansion is looking to sell all 10 of its units for the collective price of $65 million.

Mary Wilder, Gene Wilder’s ex-wife, owns eight of the 10 units. Rosen entered contract to buy all of her shares last July, but the deal fell through, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The building’s other two owners are financier Chris Caputo and Gary Parr, vice chairman of the investment bank Lazard.

The units are not for sale individually, as the owners decided that “if we all came to an agreement to sell together, it would probably lead to a better outcome,” Caputo told the newspaper.
