Law firm Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP inked a 15-year-lease for more than 53,000 square feet at Paramount Group’s 1325 Sixth Avenue.

Olshan’s new space will be roughly the same size as the firm’s current location at 65 East 55th Street.

The layout will include more common spaces and fewer individual offices, according to the Wall Street Journal. The 32-story building, nearly 815,000-square-foot office tower is 94 percent occupied and average rents are in the mid-$60s per square foot, according to the newspaper.

DTZ’s Robert Yaffa represented Olshan in the deal.

Smart, young talent isn’t focused on getting an office and where it’s located, Yaffa told the newspaper. They care about being in a collaborative environment.”

KLS Professional Advisors Group signed a roughly 30,000-square-foot lease at the building last fall. Shoe brand Sam Edelman occupies 29,700 square feet at the office tower. [WSJ, 1st] — Claire Moses
