Susan Brown Bloomberg, the former mayor’s ex-wife, is selling her sprawling Noho pad at DDG Partners’ 41 Bond Street for $11.7 million.

The duplex penthouse includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,500 square feet of open space and Australian white oak floors, the New York Daily News reported. She decorated her space with Persian rugs, chaise lounges and velvet curtains.

The former Mrs. Bloomberg — the couple divorced in 1993 — bought the apartment for $8.2 million in 2011 after selling her unit at One Kenmare Square for $11.6 million.
