Aby Rosen names Four Seasons successor

It’s official: Aby Rosen is booting the Four Seasons from the Seagram Building for a new restaurant by the team behind Carbone, Dirty French and Santina.

Rosen is raising the rent on the restaurant space to $3 million a year after the Four Seasons’ lease ends in July 2016, according to the New York Post.. The Four Seasons has operated in the space since 1959.

Major Food Group’s Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick will take the landmarked Pool and Grill rooms, where Henry Kissinger, Pete Peterson, Tom Ford, Anna Wintour and Warren Buffett are regulars. They will also take the Brasserie space on East 53rd Street. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
