Deron Williams is trading teams, cities, and apartments — listing his palatial Tribeca loft for $33.5 million to prepare for his move to Dallas.

The former Brooklyn Nets star bought the pad, at 35 North Moore Street, for $15.8 million in 2013, according to the New York Post. He is now listing the six-bedroom, 6,800-square-foot spread with Douglas Elliman’s Andrew Azoulay.

The home features a floating staircase, climate-controlled wine room, and was customized by Williams “from top to bottom,” the Post reported.

Williams signed a two-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks earlier this month.

In 2012, Sean “Diddy” Combs checked out an apartment in the building. [NYP] — Tess Hofmann
