“SNL” alumna Rachel Dratch buys Gramercy Park co-op

Two-bedroom Rutherford pad overlooks Stuyvesant Park

Things are looking a bit more uptown for this Debbie Downer.

“Saturday Night Live” alumna and longtime East Village resident Rachel Dratch scooped up a Gramercy Park co-op for $1.6 million,  according to property records filed with the city Monday. Angela Klot was the apartment’s seller, and Sherri Polin of Corcoran Group handled the listing.

The third-floor apartment at the Rutherford, located at 230 East 15th Street, has a private terrace that overlooks Stuyvesant Park. The Rutherford is a 13-story, a 175-unit co-op building near Union Square. The apartment has two bedrooms, a separate office and two full bathrooms, according to Corcoran’s listing.

Dratch, who was a cast member on SNL from 1999 to 2006 best known for depiction of a perennial bearer of bad news, is currently starring in the play “Ripcord” at the Manhattan Theatre Club.
