Sevigny sold the apartment in 2013 to tech entrepreneurs, Halle Tecco and Jeff Hammerbacher, for $1.76 million. That same year, she picked up a three-bedroom co-op at 9 Prospect Park West in Park Slope for $2.05 million, about $300,000 above the asking price.

Tecco and Hammerbacher then renovated the one-bedroom apartment, which features a landscaped front garden, custom cabinetry, butcher-block counters, exposed brick, a Rohl farmhouse sink and “hand-painted Urban Archeology tiles,” according to the listing.

Heather McDonough and Henry Hershkowitz of Core had the listing. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
