Mavericks point guard Deron Williams is clearly getting antsy about selling his New York pad, having relocated to Dallas more than eight months ago.

The former Nets star slashed $2.5 million, or 7.5 percent, off the price of his former digs at 35 North Moore Street, bringing the asking price to $31 million, or $4,305 per square foot. He first listed it for sale for $33.5 million last July.

Listing broker Andrew Azoulay of Douglas Elliman told The Real Deal that Williams has leased out the apartment for the past six months and is now “ready to move” on a sale.

The 7,200-square-foot Tribeca condominium unit at Merchants House has six bedrooms, a floating staircase, a climate-controlled wine room, an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor terraces and direct keyed elevator access.

Williams bought the apartment for $15.8 million in 2013, records show.
