Rich people like breaded chicken sandwiches too, or so the Rockfeld Group is betting.

Fast food purveyor Chick-Fil-A is in negotiations to move into the 6,700 square foot retail condo at One Madison in the Flatiron District, the New York Post reported.

It would be the company’s third location in the city, at 5 University Place and 1000 Sixth Avenue.

Rockfeld bought the condo back in 2014, paying $20 million to the building’s sponsors, Related Companies, HFZ Capital Group and the CIM Group.

Chicago-based chef Charlie Trotter was once in line to move into the space, but the talks collapsed in 2009. The space has been vacant ever since.

Related and its partners bought the partly-built One Madison, located at 23 East 22nd Street, out of foreclosure in 2010. Media magnate Rupert Murdoch owns the building’s top four floors, having paid $57 million for them in 2014. NFL quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen also own a unit there. They bought it for $14 million in 2013. [NYP]Ariel Stulberg
