Here’s the first look at the splashy amenities at 432 Park

Exclusive restaurant, billiards room, pool, library and more are spread across 30K sf

Even the over-the-top amenities will have a view at the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere.

New photos from CIM Group [TRData] and Macklowe Properties depict the massive restaurant, pool, billiards room, library and screening room that will be available to buyers at 432 Park Avenue, the Rafael Viñoly-designed supertall tower that soars 1,396 feet. Three full floors of amenities will start 100 feet above street level, the developers said.

Located on floors 12, 14 and 16, the amenity floors – also designed by Viñoly – will have double-height, 28-foot ceilings and the building’s signature 10-foot by 10-foot windows. The tower’s 106 residences – with interiors designed by Deborah Berke, the new dean of Yale School of Architecture – start at 356 feet above street level.

According to the developers, an exclusive restaurant and lounge will occupy 432 Park’s entire 12th floor, which also has a 5,000 square foot terrace facing 57th Street.

CIM and Macklowe tapped chef Shaun Hergatt and restaurateur Scott Sozmen to operate the food and beverage concept, which will be designed by Bentel & Bentel of Eleven Madison Park and Le Bernardin fame. The restaurant will only be available to residents and guests. Photos show a love of crystal and glass: Think 22-foot cascading chandeliers with 55,700 pieces of handset crystal, plus 339 hand-blown glass globes, suspended from polished stainless steel rods, to light the space.

The 14th floor is devoted to a gargantuan fitness center with a yoga studio, as well as a billiards room; a library curated by luxury book publisher Assouline; 18-seat screening room with plush crimson seats and a 220-inch screen; as well as an executive boardroom with seating for 14 around a custom-made marble table.

A 75-foot pool and jacuzzi – surrounded by travertine walls and floors – is located on the 16th floor, which also has locker rooms, massage rooms and spa services. The fitness center will be operated by Jay Wright’s The Wright Fit, which designed the gym at 15 Central Park West and other high-end condos.

432 Park will also have on-site, climate-controlled wine cellars, office suites, studio apartments, private storage and valet parking available to residents.

The project began closings this fall, and known buyers so far include Douglas Elliman’s chairman Howard Lorber and Thor Equities’ Joseph Sitt, who tried to flip his contract on a 63rd floor unit but ultimately closed on his unit for $18.85 million on July 1. Qatari diplomat Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser, a former president of the U.N. General Assembly, paid $16.2 million for a 51st-floor unit and Saudi retail magnate Fawaz Al Hokair is the reported buyer of a $95 million penthouse.

According to the developers, the amenities will be up and running sometime this summer.
